JAKARTA - The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) encourages the use of construction that has a level of domestic component (TKDN) in infrastructure development at IKN Nusantara.
"Yesterday, IKN infrastructure alone had 10 private companies groundbreaking. Various construction services needed there or construction to be carried out. Minister Basuki hopes that later developments such as hospitals, schools, hotels, malls, training centers for PSSI, offices, toll roads, drinking water, and waste water, including solar power PLTS, can use constructions that have TKDN components.
"So, everything is made from domestic products. For that, I (invit) my colleagues as well as construction service providers and also from PU for the design of all domestic products," he said.
He said, one of the basic infrastructure developments that prioritizes using 100 percent of domestic products is the president's office at IKN.
