Bank DKI Gandeng Indomaret Provides Cash Withdrawal Services

JAKARTA - Bank DKI is again expanding collaboration with strategic partners to increase the expansion of banking access with digital services. Most recently, Bank DKI collaborated with Indomaret to present features in the JakOne Mobile financial services application.

With this collaboration, Bank DKI customers can make cardless cash withdrawals through Indomaret cashiers across networks spread across Indonesia using the cardless cash withdrawal feature. Previously, the cardless cash edition feature could be used to carry out cardless cash withdrawal transactions at ATM Bank DKI or other bank ATMs in collaboration, such as BCA, BNI and CIMB Niaga bearing the Prima logo.

Bank DKI President Director, Fidri Arnaldy said that the cardless cash withdrawal service at Indomaret is a tangible manifestation of Bank DKI in providing practical and safe solutions for customers who do not have direct access to ATMs or for physical reasons the ATM card, for example because it is lost or left behind.

"While shopping transactions, without the need to visit ATMs, customers can make cash withdrawals quickly and practically at Indomaret. Not to mention the network of Indomaret minimarket outlets spread across various regions in Indonesia," said Fidri, Wednesday, June 21.

Fidri further explained that the cardless cash initial feature is also guaranteed to be safe because each transaction is validated using additional authentication methods such as a unique verification code or fingerprint scanning through the JakOne Mobile application.

Under the leadership of the President Director, Fidri Arnaldy, Bank DKI is actively developing various digital applications, such as JakOne Mobile super apps, JakOne Pay simple apps, as well as JakOne Abank and other services such as Cash Management System, as well as online credit and financing applications through KMG e-forms and the development of digital lending applications.

In the event that non-cash transaction services use cards, Bank DKI continues to expand JakCard's acceptance which functions as an electronic money card in various modes of transportation DKI Jakarta, entrance tickets for a number of museums, to transactions at various merchants in collaboration with Bank DKI.

Bank DKI also launched the development of the latest JakOneMobile application which comes with a fresher UI/UX display and user friendly. Bank DKI customers can now open Giro's account and Hajj & Umrah Savings online through the JakOne Mobile application, as well as the JakErte feature which provides convenience for the management of Neighborhood Associations (RT) such as correspondence and payment of residents' contributions.

Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Arie Rinaldi added that the expansion of features in the JakOne Mobile application proves that Bank DKI always continues to innovate in providing secure, easy and fast digital banking services.

The procedure for withdrawing cash without a card through the JakOneMobile application on Indomaret, is as follows:

1. Enter the JakOne Mobile and Login2 applications. Click the Tarik Cash Setor feature on the main page3. Click Trik Tunai4. Select Types of Tarik Tunai Transactions in Indomaret and select Nominal5. Select source account6. Click Continue'' on the JakOne Mobile view. Enter the JakOne Mobile8 PIN. The Transaction/passcode code will be saved on Taiwayat in the Tarik Tunai menu 9. Information the OTP/Passcode code, Number Hp JakOne, and nominal cash withdrawals to Indomaret cashier. As additional information, cardless cash withdrawal services in Indomaret are subject to an admin fee of IDR 5,000 per transaction and can be used throughout Indomaret in Indonesian territory.
