Operate 163 Units, This Is A List Of BRI Offices That Are Open During Eid Holidays

JAKARTA PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. (BRI) stated that it still provides limited face-to-face services during the Eid al-Fitr holiday period 2023, namely on 19 19, 21, and 24 April 2023 in 163 Operational Work Units (UKO) throughout Indonesia.

BRI Network and Service Director Andrijanto said this decision was intended to answer the needs of the community which has historically always increased in doing during the holiday period. He predicts a spike will occur given the normal mobility after the end of the pandemic.

"We are aiming for banking services both digitally and conventionally to meet the increasing needs of community transactions. We always accommodate customers' needs during Eid holidays," he said in a press statement today, Friday, April 14.

According to Andrijanto, the types of operational services are limited to several BRI operational offices, customers can make transactions, including opening savings accounts, deposit account deposits and loans.

Then, state revenue deposits, DO BBM/Non fuel relief deposits from PERTAMINA gas stations, and other banking services. The 163 UKOs that continue to operate consist of 157 Branch Offices, 4 Sub-Branch Offices (KCP) and 2 BRI Units.

"In a number of branch offices, they can also open accounts for accident insurance claims for Jasa Raharja services," he said.

To note, the company has also an e-channel network such as ATM/CRM as well as a sales facility for BRILink experts, which claims to reach 627,000 spread across the country. In addition, customers can also take advantage of BRImo's digital banking services which currently already have more than 100 features and services.

"In meeting the needs of public banking transactions, we always urge customers to digitally transact banks that provide easy access anytime and anywhere more practical," he concluded.
