The Agencies Are 'Diobok-obok', Sri Mulyani Sindir Head Of PPATK: Ivan Used To Be From The Ministry Of Finance Too

Minister of Finance (Menkeu) Sri Mulyani was present today at a meeting with Commission III of the DPR regarding the alleged money laundering crime (TPPU) at the Ministry of Finance.

On that occasion, Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs Mahfud MD was also present together with the Head of the Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (PPATK) Ivan Yustiavandana.

Sri Mulyani herself conveyed her high commitment to immediately complete suspicious transactions indicated to be in her agency.

He also explained a number of collaborations with PPATK which have now been implemented, such as Juanda's intelligence forums, Gatot Subroto, Rawamangun (Jagadara) which refer to the PPATK office area, the Directorate General of Taxes, and the Directorate General of Customs and Excise.

However, when giving an explanation, the state treasurer satirized Ivan, who is currently 'driving' the Ministry of Finance.

"Our cooperation has been going on for a long time, since 2003 until now to eradicate money laundering and criminal acts of terrorism financing. The pattern of work is through data/information exchange, assistance, audit implementation, formulation of legal products, research, socialization, and employee assignments. Ivan was actually from the Ministry of Finance as well," said Sri Mulyani at the Senayan Parliament Complex, Jakarta, Tuesday, April 11.

In VOI's search, it was discovered that Ivan Yustiavandana began joining PPATK in 2003.

This period is the first year that PPATK was established after the enactment of Law no. 15 of 2002 concerning the Crime of Money Laundering.

The official website of the Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center informed that Ivan Yustiavandana was a legal doctor with the status of cum laude from UGM.

He is an expert in research and analysis of financial transactions.

Meanwhile, PPATK released that the total LHA/LHP reached 300 letters with a total aggregate transaction value of IDR 349 trillion.
