JAKARTA - Deputy III for the Diversity of Consumption and Food Safety, National Food Agency (Bapanas) Andriko Noto Susanto ensures that the Bulog rice used for social assistance (bansos) of the government has good quality and is ready to be distributed.

On this occasion, Andriko, who was present accompanied by the East Java Bulog Regional Leader Ermin Tora, checked the availability of Bulog rice for the food assistance program which will be implemented in the near future.

In addition to checking quantities, he also checked the quality of rice for the food assistance by examining water levels, the content of broken grains, and menir pills.

"Based on joint checks, the quality of rice is in good condition and is ready to be circulated," he said in an official statement from Bapanas, Friday, March 31.
