China International E-commerce Industry Expo And Indonesia Sourcing Exhibition Targets 30,000 Participants

JAKARTA - China International E-commerce Industry Expo and Indonesia Sourcing Exhibition will be held again at JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta, this year.

According to the plan, the exhibition will be held in September 2023.

"The target of the exhibition to be held is more than 30,000 participants," said CCPIT Commercial Sub-Council Director Jason Xiong in the Mampang area, South Jakarta, Tuesday, February 28.

Jason also said that hundreds of business actors would participate in the exhibition. "There are 350 business actors with an exhibition area of about 10,000 m2.

"For the fields that are added include service, continue production and trade. These products include smart technology, and electronic equipment, clothing, baby and child needs, with a total of 12 exhibitions," Jason added.

Regarding the exhibition, said Jason, his party will bring all mainstay products from China to be introduced to the Indonesian people.

"We will bring goods from China according to the needs of the Indonesian market," he said.

On the same occasion, Representative Director of Export Cooperation Development of the Ministry of Trade, Dwinanto Rumpoko, said that Indonesia welcomes the exhibition that will be held by China later, considering that Indonesia is indeed targeting the entry of investment from the country.

"This activity has a very strategic value because there will be a lot of interaction between the government or business actors, as well as other related parties that open up opportunities for cooperation, both trade and investment between Indonesia and the Republic of China. Therefore, this event will later be very important to further increase cooperation between the two countries," he concluded.
