Bank Mandiri Information Technology Director Timothy Utama said this new facility allows customers to make financial transactions quickly, cheaply, and easily anywhere and anytime.

"Bank Mandiri's Valas transfer makes it easier for customers to be more comfortable sending funds to foreign valuated accounts with five major USD, GBP, EURO, SGD, and AUD," he said in a release broadcast today, Thursday, February 16.

Timothy explained that the funds sent can be received to the destination account in less than 24 hours and can even be received in just seconds.

"No less than other services, we are able to compete even better than similar applications that provide similar services, while still prioritizing customers' comfort," he said.

Timothy added that recipients do not need to worry that the funds received are not intact, because Bank Mandiri applies a full amount guarantee. It is stated that all admin and shipping costs have been determined at the beginning, with the latest competitive exchange rates.
