JAKARTA - The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) recently introduced Kokom, a cat that was 'appointed' to become an employee in the ministry environment with a name tag or identification as a Technical Pranata for PUPR.Through the official Twitter account of the Ministry of PUPR @KemenPU, the government agency announced the appointment of Kokom as the ministry's cat, complete with its name tag and photo.
