Asked About The Cabinet Reshuffle, Trade Minister Zulhas: I Take Care Of Chili Only

JAKARTA - The news that President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) will reshuffle the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet to strengthen in early 2023.

The cabinet re-shaking issue was also responded to by the Minister of Trade Zulkifli Hasan.

Zulhas, as Zulkifli Hasan is familiarly called, admitted that he was reluctant to discuss the re-shaking of the Indonesia Maju cabinet volume II.

"Wow, it's not the business of the Minister of Trade, it's the Palace's business. I just take care of chili," he said when met at the Office of the Ministry of Trade, Jakarta, Friday, January 6.

According to Zulhas, matters involving the lives of many people are more important. Especially related to commodity prices, both chilies, onions, to chicken and beef.

"Take care of chilies, onions, sugar, chicken eggs, chicken meat. I take care of the mothers first. If the mothers don't have complaints, then we calm down," he said.

Previously, it was reported that Indonesian President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) again gave a signal regarding the planned reshuffle or reshuffle of the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet in the near future.

"Tomorrow," said Jokowi briefly when asked by the media crew about the reshuffle issue when inspecting the production area of Oil and Gas (Migas) PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan Dumai as reported by Antara, Thursday, January 5.

"It can be Friday, it can be Monday, it can be Tuesday, it can be Wednesday," Jokowi replied again when the media crew asked if the person in question was Friday, February 6.

This is not the first time President Jokowi has conveyed this signal for the reshuffle of the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet in 2023.
