Ease Access To Public Health Products, Kimia Farma Mobile Can Now Be Accessed In Livin' Sukha

JAKARTA - Along with the current development of digitalization, Kimia Farma continues to develop its business more broadly through collaboration with Bank Mandiri. This is a manifestation of the Memorandum of Understanding between Kimia Farma and Bank Mandiri which was signed on October 4, 2022.

Now people can get the products available at Kimia Farma Pharmacy through the Livin' Sukha feature on the Livin' by Mandiri platform.

Kimia Farma already has a mobile digital platform-based service, namely the Kimia Farma Mobile application which is integrated with the Kimia Farma Pharmacy network throughout Indonesia. Kimia Farma Mobile is here to make it easier for the public to access health products, starting from purchasing supplements, vitamins, and medicines. Through this application, users can also access various health services owned by Kimia Farma.

With the joining of Kimia Farma Mobile on the Livin' by Mandiri platform, this platform will make this platform a mainstay for the Indonesian people in accessing the needs of daily health products. In addition, this platform also makes it easier for users to make transactions and payments without having to switch to other applications by applying the concept of "one stop solution for all your lifestyle" with operations for 24 hours.

Furthermore, David said that this collaboration can increase the growth of digital transactions and become part of the strategy of both parties in encouraging business growth. In addition, it is a form of Kimia Farma and Bank Mandiri's commitment to creating comprehensive and integrated health services in one application.

Meanwhile, Bank Mandiri Network & Retail Banking Director, Aquarius Rudianto, said that his party welcomed the collaboration with Kimia Farma which is a form of synergy between state-owned companies in providing services and solutions to community needs digitally.

"From the start, the convenience of transacting customers has become Bank Mandiri's top priority. Now, the digital acceleration of Livin' by Mandiri has succeeded in integrating all financial transaction solutions to lifestyle in one application easily, comfortably and safely," said Aquarius.

For information, currently the Livin' Sukha feature has collaborated with dozens of partners to provide a variety of lifestyle products and services that customers can enjoy practically, such as purchasing airplane tickets, trains, hotels, game vouchers, to shopping or fashion.

Meanwhile, as of November 2022, Livin' by Mandiri has been downloaded more than 20 million times with total transactions reaching 1.7 billion transactions and transaction value reaching more than IDR 2,100 trillion.
