JAKARTA - Bank DKI was appointed as mandated leader arranger or syndicated leader bank, in collaboration with a number of Regional Development Banks throughout Indonesia (BPD-SI) in the context of lending syndicated loans worth IDR 1.5 trillion for PT Oki Pulp & Paper Mills.

Apart from being appointed as mandated leader arranger, Bank DKI also acts as Facility Agent, Security Agent, and Escrow Agent along with eight other BPDs namely Bank Jatim, Bank Sumut, Bank Papua, Bank Sulselbar, Bank Kalsel, Bank Kalteng, Bank NTT and Bank Lampung.

The signing of the Sindication Credit Agreement which was held in Jakarta, Wednesday, December 14, was signed by Herry Djufraini as Director of Commercial and Institutional Bank of DKI, and Arman Sutedja as Director of PT Oki Pulp & Paper Mills and representatives from BPD other syndicated participants.
