PT PLN (Persero) won an award for contact center service PLN 123 in the 2022 Global Contact Center World competition.

Unmitigated, PLN brought home the 5 highest awards, namely Gold, at the international event.

In a prestigious event attended by 187 companies from 16 countries in America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, PLN won Gold for the Best in Customer Service category, Best Social Media, Best Contact Center, Best Community Spirit, and Best Sales Campaign.

President Director of PT PLN (Persero) Darmawan Prasodjo is grateful that PLN's customer service received the five highest categories at once.

Moreover, he said, the Global Contact Center World Award (GCCWA) is an annual international-scale contact center competition that is attended by the best companies from around the world.

Darmawan said that 2022 is the second time PLN has participated in the international event.

In addition, this award increased from 2021 which only won three Golds.
