JAKARTA - The recruitment program with SOEs (RBB) is open for the second time this year. In this second batch program, applicants can register online or online. There are 38 state-owned companies that open vacancies for 898 employees.

SOE Minister Erick Thohir said that in the 2022 RBB Batch 2, there were vacancies from 38 SOEs that were ready to receive 898 prospective employees. Through RBB, continued Erick, SOEs standardize the quality of talents by utilizing the same test kits and standard mechanisms for all SOEs.

"RBB also allows a wider recruitment reach throughout Indonesia and maintains professionalism and objectivity in the recruitment process," said Erick.

Until now, said Erick, SOEs have created more than 45 million jobs for Indonesians outside the formal sector. Covering 32.1 million BRI people's business credit customers, 12.7 million MSME sector workers at PNM Mekaar.

Then, 439 thousand workers cultivating forest villages, 163,761 farmers who are members of the Prosperous Program, 210 thousand PTPN partnership program farmers, 270 thousand informal workers who are absorbed and spread across the construction of the Trans Sumatra Toll Road, PT Freeport Indonesia, PT Pertamina (Persero) and PT Bukit Asam.
