Successfully leading the company's transformation since 2021 and polishing positive performance in the midst of conditions that are still filled with uncertainty, Bank DKI President Director Fidri Arnaldy won the Top 100 CEO award 2022.

This award was initiated by Infobank at the TOP 100 CEO's & The Next Leaders Forum 2022 event in Jakarta, Wednesday, November 23. Still in the same event, PT Bank DKI Senior Executive Vice President Ferry Ardiansyah also received an award as TOP 200 Next Leaders in Financial Stories & Soes 2022.

President Director of Bank DKI, Fidri Arnaldy expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the awards won.

"This award is certainly a valuable appreciation for the efforts to lead the 5.0 Transformation program at Bank DKI, important attention on the meaning of leadership is also a concern because for me Leadership is Action Not Position," Fidri said in a written statement.

The TOP 100 CEO 2022 award is a form of appreciation to the CEOs of Infobank who come from five industrial sectors, namely banking, life insurance, general insurance, multifinance, and BUMN.

A number of criteria that determine the CEOs who are included in the Top 100 CEOs in 2022, based on the company's performance rating Very Bagus'' version of Infobank, the company's size and a number of achievements and achievements from selected CEOs, including the success of leading the transformation of the company, turnaround, and through the challenges of the pandemic crisis that hit.

Bank DKI's good performance under the leadership of President Director Fidri Arnaldy deserves thumbs up. Various positive performance achievements and solid expansions were recorded by Bank DKI, as reflected in a net profit record of IDR 726 billion or grew 28.83 percent year on year (YoY) in the third quarter of 2022.

Bank DKI has also succeeded in achieving a number of ISO certifications in supporting product and service quality improvements, namely ISO 37001:2016: Anti-Bribery Management System from PT TUV Nord Indonesia, ISO 27001:2013 concerning Information Security Management Systems, from TUV Rheinland Indonesia, and ISO 9001: 2015 concerning Quality Management Systems from the British Standards Institute.

In terms of product development and services, especially digital banking, Bank DKI also presents the JakOne Abank application for MSME players. In addition, Bank DKI is also developing JakOne Mobile supply apps which come with a more attractive and friendly look, as well as a simple application JakOne Pay which makes it easier for non-cash transactions.
