CRIF Cooperation, Joint Financial Risk Export Export Entrepreneurs In Inter-National Transactions

JAKARTA - The Association of Indonesian Export Companies (GPEI) is collaborating with the global business data information company, CRIF. This collaboration includes an increase in the assessment of the risk of financial problems from export-import transactions with companies abroad.

GPEI chairman Khairul Mahalli said it was important for companies to be warned beforehand about potential financial and trade problems with their customers and suppliers abroad. Especially when reporting requirements for companies vary widely around the world, making it difficult to find the level of information necessary to make good credit decisions.

He further added, in terms of export-import, there are many things to consider so that inter-office transactions run smoothly. Moreover, when viewed from eagle glasses, Southeast Asia has more than USD 3.4 trillion of global trade that passes every year.

"On the one hand, the Government of Indonesia has a vision to become the fifth to seventh largest economy in the world in 2045, one of which is that Indonesia's foreign exchange comes from exports. On the same occasion, Indonesian CRIF Country Director Novi Selalastuti said that SkyMinder assisted exporters and importers in conducting risk mitigation and due diligence early to support a safe business with all its partners.

Novi explained that SkyMinder collects and provides information about companies for credit assessments and reliable credit recommendations.

This allows businesses not only to take credit reports, but also to receive updates on changes affecting the company, an important aspect in the evaluation process for customers and suppliers.
