JAKARTA - PT Techno9 Indonesia Tbk is targeting double-digit company performance growth in 2023 in line with companies currently in the process of being listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) through the initial public offering mechanism or IPO.

Operational Director of PT Techno9 Indonesia Tbk Merry Kandou said, with the IPO, the company will create sustainable growth supported by various strategies, one of which is through the sale of health and educational application products.

"Next year, we are targeting double-digit growth, both from revenue and net profit," said Merry in a statement quoted by Antara, Tuesday, October 25.

Currently, Techno9 Indonesia is in the process of initial bidding which will take place from 20-25 October 2022. In the offer, the company sold as many as 432 million shares on behalf of or 20.03 percent of the company's issued and paid-up capital after the IPO with a nominal value of IDR 10 per share.

In 2021, the company will be able to increase revenue by 243.73 percent to IDR 6.53 billion compared to the company's revenue at the end of 2020 of IDR 1.9 billion. Meanwhile, as of April 2022, the company has posted revenues of IDR 4.83 billion, a significant increase of 794.31 percent when compared to the revenue recorded in April 2021.

According to Merry, the performance achieved during the first four months of 2022 cannot be separated from the macro economic recovery where on April 30, 2022, the COVID-19 condition has gradually improved compared to the conditions on April 30, 2021.

He admitted that this had an impact on the increasing demand for customers, especially in the software segment in line with the improving economic conditions in Indonesia.

"The company's customers are starting to actively buy software in line with customer needs in dealing with digital transformation. This has prompted high sales in the company's software segment in the period ending April 30, 2022," said Merry.
