According to Susi, Sulistyowati's nickname, the main factor driving this achievement is the intensive innovation of features and services that are in accordance with customer needs.

"We are targeting to increase the acquisition of various segments, such as corporate, commercial, and small businesses," he said.

Susi also said that the target will be achieved through unlimited access to all business banking services such as cash management, bank guarantees, foreign exchanges, and supply chains in one integrated platform.

"There are various benefits to clients such as collection management, liquidity management, payment management, online trade and API open banking to support the integration and ease of banking transactions on platforms owned by customers," he explained.

In addition, Susi revealed that BNI Direct is also equipped with various international transfer features, trading exchanges, tax and bill payments, to other financial arrangements.
