Nusantara Infrastructure Acquisition 40 Percent Jasa Marga Entity Anilai Rp4.38 Triliun

JAKARTA - PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (META) is currently completing a transaction of 40 percent of PT Jasamarga Jalangliding Cikampek's shares, from PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk (JSMR). The acquisition value reached Rp4.38 trillion. META's management in the information disclosure of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) quoted on Thursday, October 6, said that the company had signed PPJB in connection with this planned transaction with JSMR. The object to the planned transaction is a total of 2.26 million shares representing 40 percent of all issued and paid-up shares in Jasamarga Jalanlayang Cikampek owned by Jasa Marga worth IDR 4.38 trillion. "The completion date for this transaction is October 10, 2022, or another date agreed upon by the buyer and seller," the META management wrote. In connection with this planned transaction, the source of META funds to make payments for the value of the planned transaction will be obtained from bank loans, and/or other forms that will be determined later. For information, META will make the purchase through its entity, PT Margautama Nusantara. META owns 76.51 percent of shares in Margautama Nusantara. Meanwhile, Jasa Marga as a seller owns as much as 80 percent of the shares in Jasamarga Jalangliang Cikampek. The remaining 20 percent of the shares in Jasamarga Jalanlayang Cikampek are owned by PT Ranggisugionperkasa.
