JAKARTA - PT Astra International Tbk. (ASII) will distribute an interim cash dividend of IDR 88 per share. This has been approved by the company's shareholders. ASII Corporate Secretary Gita Tiffany Boer said the USII Board of Commissioners had approved the USII Board of Directors' decision to distribute and pay interim dividends for the financial year ending on December 31, 2022 to shareholders. In the information disclosure of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), quoted on Tuesday, October 4, the total value of the interim dividends distributed by ASII is IDR 3.5 trillion, or equivalent to IDR 88 per share. And this is the date of the ASII interim dividend distribution process: - ASII cum dividend date is on October 11, 2022 in the regular market and negotiations - Ex-divident date in regular market and negotiations on October 12, 2022 - Cum dividend on cash market on October 13, 2022 - Ex-dividend on cash market on October 14, 2022 - The list date of shareholders entitled to an interim dividend or recording date is on October 13, 2022 - The interim dividend payment date will be on October 31, 2022. For information, until the first semester of 2022, ASII recorded consolidated net income of Rp. 143.69 trillion, growing 34 percent from Rp. 107.39 trillion in the same period last year, and higher than the performance before the pandemic. The Group's net profit, including the fair value profit for investment in GoTo, reached Rp. 18.2 trillion, 106 percent higher than the first half of 2021 of Rp. 8.83 trillion. If you don't take into account the profit that hasn't been realized, the Group's net profit will increase by 64 percent to Rp14.5 trillion, reflecting the strong performance of almost all business divisions, especially the heavy equipment and mining, automotive and financial services divisions.
