JAKARTA - The Director General of State Assets of the Ministry of Finance Rionald Silaban proposed the granting of Non-cash State Capital Participation (PMN) in the form of two parcels of land assets belonging to the former National Banking Restructuring Agency (BPPN) for PT Hutama Karya.
The awarding of non-cash PMN with a value of around Rp. 1.93 trillion was proposed to Commission XI of the DPR Ri.

Non-cash PMN in the form of two plots of land that will be given to Hutama Karya is located in Karawaci, Tangerang covering an area of 173.13 thousand square meters and in Plaju, Palembang covering an area of 201.66 thousand square meters.
The land value in Karawaci is around Rp. 1.81 trillion and in Palembang it is around Rp. 122.76 billion, bringing the total to Rp. 1.93 trillion.
