ASN Full Smile Until 2023! The THR Budget, 13th Salary, Until Retirement Makes Safe

JAKARTA - The government through the Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) has officially submitted a budget for the 2023 special transaction sector to the DPR this week. Meanwhile, those included in the expenditure are the 13th salary of the state civil apparatus (ASN), holiday allowances (THR), to salary for retirees.

Director General of Budget of the Ministry of Finance Isa Rachmatawarta said the total budget offered by the government reached Rp156.4 trillion.

"For this special transaction, it amounted to Rp. 156.4 trillion," he said when discussing the APBN Bill with Banggar DPR, quoted Wednesday, September 21.

According to Isa, this value has not changed from the initial provisions submitted by the President in the Financial Note on August 16.

"This budget is also used to pay health contributions, guarantees for work accidents (JKK), and death insurance (JKM) for ASN and TNI/Polri," he said.

Isa added that this allocation will also be used to accelerate infrastructure development, Indonesia's commitment to international organizations, and Bulog's food security programs.

VOI noted that the total state expenditure in the 2023 State Budget Bill was Rp3,061.2 trillion. This figure consists of central government expenditures (ministry/institution) of Rp993.2 trillion, non-K/L expenditures of Rp1,253.3 trillion. Then, transfers to the regions (TKDD) amounted to Rp814.7 trillion.
