JAKARTA - PT Lima Sekawan (Hive Five) has set quite an aggressive target this year to boost business performance. The company targets 200 new companies per month to receive official licensing assistance from the government

"We are targeting 100 percent growth every month," said Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Sabar L. Tobin, Wednesday, August 24.

According to Sabar, this target is considered realistic considering that the company's main business sector is growing rapidly during the COVID-19 pandemic.

For information, Hive Five currently has several businesses such as digital marketing, tax services, office space rentals, and most importantly assisting in the issuance of business legalities.

"We want to help business actors, especially MSMEs, to get legality," he said.

According to Sabar, the company's contribution is believed to be able to support sources of state revenue. This is because business entities that already have legal force will have an obligation to pay taxes.

"If these MSMEs have legality, then they can pay taxes when their turnover reaches a certain amount. We indirectly support the state revenue ecosystem. This is our noble goal for Indonesia," he asserted.

To note, since 2019 until now Hive Five has helped facilitate the establishment of 15,218 companies/business entities.

Of this number, 239 companies were handled by Hive Five financial management with a total turnover of Rp 516 billion.

Meanwhile, the MSME segment dominates with a total turnover of more than IDR 300 billion and the final tax payment value of IDR 1.9 billion.

"Hive Five is committed to playing an active role in development and creating jobs as well as contributing to the success of the Job Creation Act agenda," concluded Sabar.
