President Director Of Galumbang Menak Buys 150,000 Moratelindo Shares

JAKARTA - President Director of PT Mora Telematika Indonesia Tbk (MORA) alias Moratelindo, Galumbang Menak bought 150,000 shares of the company or 0.0006 percent.

"Reporting that I have shares in a public company with the following details," said Galumbang Menak in an information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website, Monday, August 22.

Prior to the transaction, Galumbang did not own any MORA shares. Thus, after the transactions carried out on August 10 and 18, 2022, Galumbang has 150,000 shares.

A total of 100,000 shares were purchased at Rp575 per share on August 10, 2022 and 50,000 shares were purchased at Rp540 per share on August 18, 2021.

"The purpose of the transaction is investment," said Galumbang.

For information, MORA shares closed down 2.59 percent to Rp565 at the close of trading today. As is known, Moratelindo listed its shares for trading on the main board of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on August 8, 2022. Since the initial listing, MORA has been observed to have increased 14.37 percent.

The shareholder composition of MORA consists of PT Gema Lintas Benua with 7,135,484,421 shares or 30.17 percent, PT Candrakarya Multikreasi 9,653,884,260 shares or 40.83 percent, PT Smart Telecom with 4,331,835,710 shares or 18.32 percent, and public with 2,525,464,300 shares or 10.68 percent.
