JAKARTA - PT Visionet Internasional (OVO) has appointed Dyah NK Makhijani as the company's new President Commissioner to replace Mirza Adityaswara, who has resigned and has become Deputy Chairman of the OJK.

To note, Dyah NK Makhijani previously served as Assistant Governor of Bank Indonesia/Head of the Department of Strategic Management and Governance (DMST) for the period 2017 - January 2022.
