ESDM Minister Appoints Rida Mulyana As Secretary General And Reorganizes Officials

JAKARTA - Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Arifin Tasrif reshuffled the composition of positions within the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.

Arifin appointed Rida Mulyana as Secretary General (Secretary General) of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources replacing Ego Syahrial who retired from August 1, 2022.

In addition, Arifin also inaugurated 14 new officials.

Following are the details of the appointed officials:

1. Ir. Rida Mulyana, M.Sc. who previously served as Director General of Electricity was inaugurated as Secretary General of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources

2. Ir. Mustafid Gunawan, ME who previously served as Director of Upstream Oil and Gas Business Development, Directorate General of Oil and Gas was inaugurated as Director of Oil and Gas Program Development

3. Noor Arifin Muhammad, ST, M. SIE. Previously served as Director of Planning and Development of Oil and Gas Infrastructure, inaugurated as Director of Upstream Oil and Gas Business Development

4. Laode Sulaeman, ST, MT previously served as Head of the Center for Human Resources Development for Electricity, New Energy, Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation, inaugurated as Director of Planning and Development of Oil and Gas Infrastructure

5. Dr. Ing. Tri Winarno, ST, MT who previously served as Associate Expert Policy Analyst, Directorate General of Mineral and Coal was inaugurated as Director of Mineral and Coal Program Development

6. Dr. Ir. Ediar Usman, MT, who previously served as Secretary of the Geological Agency, was inaugurated as Director of Mineral Business Development

7. Dr. Ir. Sugeng Mujiyanto, M.Sc., M.Env.Eng.Sc who previously served as Director of Mineral Business Development, Directorate General of Mineral and Coal was inaugurated as Secretary of the Geological Agency

8. Ir. Albertus Susetyo Edi Prabowo, M.Sc. who previously served as Head of the Center for Human Resources Development for Apparatus, Agency for the Development of Human Resources for Energy and Mineral Resources, was inaugurated as Head of the Center for Human Resources Development for Electricity, New, Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation.

9. Ir. Dwi Anggoro Ismukurnianto, M.Sc. who previously served as Director of Oil and Gas Program Development, Directorate General of Oil and Gas was inaugurated as Head of the Geological, Mineral and Coal Human Resources Development Center

10. Bambang Utoro, SH, MM, M.Env.Stud who previously served as Head of the Geology, Mineral and Coal Human Resources Development Center, Energy and Mineral Resources Human Resources Development Agency was inaugurated as Head of the Apparatus Human Resources Development Center

11. Ariana Soemanto, ST, MT previously served as Associate Expert Public Relations Institution, Secretariat General of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources appointed as Head of the Center for Oil and Gas Testing

12. Dr. Julian Ambassadur Shiddiq, ST, MT was previously Head of General Affairs, Human Resources Development Agency for Energy and Mineral Resources, now appointed as Head of the Center for Mineral and Coal Testing

13. Ir. Senda Hurmuzan Kanam, M.Sc. Previously served as Associate Expert Policy Analyst, the Directorate General of Electricity was inaugurated as Head of the Center for Surveys and Testing of Electricity, New, Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation

14. Dr. Priatin Hadi Wijaya, ST, MT previously Associate Expert Policy Analyst, Geological Agency appointed as Head of the Center for Marine Geological Survey and Mapping

15. Dr. Erdila Indriani, S.Si., MT was inaugurated as Director of the Akamigas Energy and Mineral Polytechnic, Energy and Mineral Resources Human Resources Development Agency.
