Director of State Property DJKN Ministry of Finance Encep Sudarwan said that one of the concrete steps in implementing the energy transition is the provision and development of state-owned goods (BMN) NRE infrastructure.

"We have collaborated with the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources since 2011 to commit to achieving the target of new renewable energy mix which has been set at 23 percent by 2025," he said during a webinar on Friday, July 22.

According to Encep, the NRE infrastructure development program is also aimed at meeting the needs of people who are not yet connected to the electricity grid in underdeveloped border areas, isolated areas, and outer islands.

"Several types of programs for providing BMN EBT infrastructure are the provision of energy-efficient solar lamps (LTSHE), public street lighting (PJU), the construction of centralized solar power plants (PLTS), rooftop PLTS, and micro hydro power plants (PLTMH)," he said. .

Encep added that the infrastructure BMN was distributed to parties in need through a scheme for transfer of use status, grants, and/or capital participation from the central government.

"This BMN management scheme is in accordance with Government Regulation number 27 of 2014 as amended by PP number 28 of 2020," he said.

Meanwhile, the beneficiaries of the NRE Infrastructure BMN are as follows.

1. Centralized PLTS has been given to 21 provincial governments (provincial) and 31 district/city governments (regency/city governments)

2. Rooftop PLTS has been given to 33 provincial governments, 25 district/city governments, 18 Islamic boarding schools, 6 MEMR work units, and 8 ministries/agencies (K/L)

3. LTSHE has been provided to 364,315 households

4. Solar PJUs have been given to 33 provincial and 217 district/city governments

5. PLTMH has been given to 12 district/city governments

6. PLT POME (Palm Oil Mill Effluent) has been given to 4 district/city governments

7. Communal biogas has been provided to 8 district/city governments and 6 Islamic boarding schools
