JAKARTA - Processed food producer, PT Mayora Indah Tbk (MYOR) will distribute dividends of IDR 469.53 billion or IDR 21 per share. This is in accordance with the decision of the company's annual general meeting of shareholders (AGM) on June 28, 2022.

The Company recorded net profit attributable to the parent entity for 2021 amounting to Rp1.2 trillion. The retained earnings balance which is not restricted in use is Rp.739.51 billion.

Meanwhile, in the period from January to April 2022, MYOR has recorded sales of Rp. 10.4 trillion, an increase of 6.2 percent compared to the same period the previous year with a net profit of Rp. 450 billion.
