Collaborating With Syaamil Group, CIMB Niaga Syariah Expands Digital Services To The Muslim Community

JAKARTA - The Sharia Business Unit of PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (CIMB Niaga Syariah) is expanding its collaboration with the Syaamil Group in the field of cash management and banking services for the Islamic Community. The collaboration of these two entities is based on the common goal of building and developing the Muslim community so that they can continue to advance and be able to face the challenges of the times, especially in today's digital era.

The memorandum of understanding (MoU) of the cooperation was signed by the Head of Sharia Consumer at CIMB Niaga Bung Aldilla and the CEO of Visitama Group Muhammad Emiriza in Bandung.

“This is in line with CIMB Niaga Syariah's strategy this year, which is to focus on community-based Sharia business development. This similarity makes CIMB Niaga Syariah and Syaamil Group synergize to complement each other according to their respective capabilities and advantages," said Bung Aldilla in a written statement to the media, Tuesday, May 31.

Bung Aldilla said, as a Sharia bank with complete digital banking capabilities, through this collaboration, CIMB Niaga Syariah is ready to provide solutions for the Muslim community in developing business and conducting financial and banking transactions in the digital era. Syaamil Group has a great concern for the Muslim community, among which will hold the Islamic Community Summit (ICS) this year. The event became a forum for gathering Muslim communities throughout Indonesia to take a bigger role in building a progressive civilization.
