Lebaran Holiday, BCA Prepares IDR 58.12 Trillion Cash And Adjusts Office Service Operations

JAKARTA - Welcoming Eid Al-Fitr 2022 PT Bank Central Asia Tbk or BCA will make adjustments to branch office operations from April 29 to May 9, 2022.

President Director of BCA Jahja Setiaatmadja said, as one of the national banks, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. (BCA) always maintains its commitment to provide the best service for all customers during this Eid holiday period.

Following are the operational adjustments for BCA branch offices during the 2022 Eid al-Fitr holiday:

April 29 closed – Branches not operating April 30 Weekend Banking operating in certain branches *1-3 May 2022 closed – Branches not operating 4-5 May 2022 Operating at certain branches *6-8 May 2022 closed – branches not operating 9 May 2022 All branches operating normally

* Serves all transactions except Foreign Exchange, SKNBI & RTGS

Although the operations of a number of branches have been adjusted, customers can still make maximum transactions through various BCA electronic banking channels such as BCA mobile, internet banking (KlikBCA), as well as access to 18,050 BCA ATM networks.

Meanwhile, customers who wish to make cash deposit or withdrawal transactions can use 11,568 units of BCA Setor Pulling ATM machines that have been spread across various locations.

"Customers can also take advantage of the Cardless Cash Withdrawal facility which can be accessed via BCA mobile and Sakuku," Jahja continued in his statement to the media, Wednesday 27 April.

Pertamina's B2B transactions can still be served on April 30 and May 4-5 from 09.00 to 14.00 at BCA KCU Semarang, BCA KCU Medan, BCA KCU Palembang, BCA KCU Madiun, BCA KCU Matraman, and BCA KCU Blitar. Meanwhile, for the fulfillment of credit facility payments that are due during the Eid al-Fitr holiday, customers are expected to provide funds in an auto-debit account before 29 April 2022.

During the Eid al-Fitr moment, BCA has prepared cash to anticipate the increase in public demand for cash.

"We provided cash of IDR 58.12 trillion for Lebaran this year, an increase of 7 percent compared to 2021. This is to anticipate the increase in public demand for cash for Eid purposes," he said.

To make it easier for customers to access the Halo BCA contact center service, the public can download the haloBCA application which is available on the PlayStore and AppStore. Jahja also urges customers to remain careful with fraudulent modes on behalf of BCA, by not providing confidential data such as Personal Identification Number (PIN), One Time Password (OTP), KeyBCA response or Card Verification Code/Card Verification Value (CCV). /CVV). BCA officers never ask for such confidential data from customers.
