JAKARTA - Recording positive financial performance growth in the first quarter of 2022, the Sharia Business Unit (UUS) of Bank DKI was designated as one of the recipients of the Indonesia Sharia Finance Awards 2022 with Outstanding Sharia Banking Products and Development Programs in the Sharia Business Unit of Conventional Bank category from the Media Economic News. Bank DKI UUS DPK in the first quarter of 2022 also grew 21.60 percent to Rp. 6.96 trillion compared to the first quarter of 2021, which was Rp. 5.73 trillion.

These various financial performance achievements have driven an increase in assets which grew by 18.79 percent from Rp.6.33 trillion in the first quarter of 2021 to Rp.7.53 trillion in the first quarter of 2022. These various financial performance indicators have boosted the UUS profit of Bank DKI in the first quarter of 2022 which recorded at Rp45.84 billion.

In developing its business, Bank DKI UUS optimizes sharia banking services to the DKI Jakarta BUMD environment and strengthens the MSME sector using Jakone Abank digital services. In addition, Bank DKI UUS also synergizes with PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (SMF) to support the National Economic Recovery (PEN) program through the signing of the Mudharabah Muqayyadah financing agreement to take part in increasing the financing capacity of housing ownership for the community.
