Minister Of Manpower Ida Fauziyah: THR 2022 Command Post Opened, Workers Can Report Online Or Come Directly

JAKARTA - The Minister of Manpower (Menaker) Ida Fauziyah again presents the Religious Holiday Allowance (THR) post in 2022. This post aims to facilitate workers or laborers to obtain information, consultation and law enforcement on the implementation of the 2022 THR.

"The existence of this religious THR post is a form of government facility so that the rights of workers or laborers in getting THR can actually be paid according to existing regulations," he said in a virtual press conference, Friday, April 8.

The THR 2022 postal service can also be used by workers or laborers and entrepreneurs online or online through poskothr.kemenaker.go.id. This post can be accessed from April 8 to May 8, 2022.

"For those who want to make a complaint or physical consultation, the Ministry of Manpower also facilitates the THR Post of the Ministry of Manpower (each province) which is integrated with the Ministry of Manpower's Information and Data Management Employee (PPID) facility," he said.

Ida said the THR command post team is also tasked with monitoring and supervising the implementation of religious THR payments in 2022. From the THR post, labor inspectors will provide recommendations from the results of the examination of violations of the provision of religious THR to governors, regents, mayors for further law enforcement in accordance with his authority.

In addition, Ida hopes that with the THR post, entrepreneurs will follow the provisions of the applicable laws, namely the payment of THR no later than 7 days before Eid 2022.

This follows the issuance of Circular Letter Number M/1/HK.04/IV/2022 regarding the Implementation of the Granting of Religious THR in 2022 for Workers/Labourers in Companies.

"It can actually be paid according to existing regulations. The existence of the religious THR post in 2022 is expected to run according to orderly and effective regulatory mechanisms and provisions and an agreement is reached that can satisfy the parties, both workers and employers," he added.
