He mentioned the four electricity infrastructures, namely High Voltage Cable Channels (SKTT) 150 kV PLTMGU Lombok Peaker - Mataram Switching Substation, Mataram 150 kV Switching Substation, 150 kV Mataram Incomer High Voltage Air Line (SUTT) and 150 kV Mataram Substation. .

Darmawan said the electricity infrastructure development carried out by PLN was able to reflect the development of digital technology.

In addition, he said, operational efficiency in the supply of electricity is also necessary, in order to achieve PLN as the number one electricity company in Southeast Asia.

"As we know, Lombok has great tourism potential with the super priority destination area of Mandalika. If it can be used properly and supported by adequate facilities and infrastructure, the Lombok tourism sector can become a driving force for the community's economy," he said.

PLN, he said, strongly supports the government's efforts to make Mandalika the prima donna of tourism by increasing the reliability of the electricity system on the island of Lombok.

The construction of the power plant and transmission network is expected to be able to meet the electricity needs for households, offices and especially the tourism industry on the island of Lombok.

"Five to seven years ago, people might not be satisfied with the electricity condition in Lombok. Now with the operation of the Lombok Ring system, people can enjoy electricity of better quality and increasingly support the tourism and industrial investment climate in Lombok," said Darmawan.

He also hopes that with adequate electricity supply for the community, it will be able to support changes in people's production and consumption patterns in the current era.

"We are required to provide reliable electricity, 24 hours electricity with better quality," he said.

PLN also maps development points and potential customers, projects and predicts the direction of the times.

In the future, he assesses that electric vehicle technology will become a reality and PLN is said to be ready. Not only as an electricity company that provides electrical energy, but also provides environmentally friendly electrical energy, while still carrying the spirit of decarbonization through clean energy, new and renewable energy.
