JAKARTA - PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk through its grandson, PT Waskita Modern Realti, has just conducted a groundbreaking for the Avasta cluster. This housing development with prices starting at IDR 250 million is the first stage of the Vasaka City Independent City Development Area.

The cluster is located in a 640-hectare New Independent City Area with the concept of Oasis Urban Development in East Jakarta, North Bekasi to be precise.

Wakkita claims that this development is one of the company's efforts to continue to support the One Million Houses Program, which is one of the national strategic programs (PSN) to meet residential needs for the community.

Waskita Modern Realti's President Director, Dono Parwoto said that this pandemic period did not dampen Waskita Modern Realti's commitment to immediately present the first residence in the Vasaka City area.

Dono said, with the alignment of infrastructure development in the Jabodetabek area, especially the eastern area of Jakarta, which began in 2020, it will increase the potential that the Avasta cluster will be able to compete in the property market in Bekasi.

Avasta has superior selling points compared to its competitors. The first residence in Vasaka City, built on an area of 12 hectares with a total of 969 units consisting of Avasta 1, type 22/60, Avasta 2, type 29/60 and type 36/76, and Avasta Grande, type 45/84. and type 50/84.

Dono explained that Avasta, which is under the development of the Vasaka City area, has access that is directly integrated with the Cibitung-Cilincing Toll Access which is the main access for Vasaka City. PT Waskita Karya has started working on this toll road access which will soon be opened in 2023, making Vasaka City the only area in Bekasi that has tolinterchange access.

Marketing & Business Development Director, Feriyawati Surja said that with the concept of Avasta residential development which has adopted the new normal design concept, it will be superior to its competitors.

"We will market this Avasta with prices starting from IDR 250 million, but what we offer is a residence with a one stop living concept, because later Avasta residents will get complete conveniences and facilities in the Vasaka City area," said Feriyawati.

Feriyawati added that buying Avasta at an initial price would be very profitable considering the development plan for Vasaka City which has matured in less than 10 years.
