Zebra Nusantara GMS Ratifies The Company To Change Its Name To PT Dosni Roha Indonesia Tbk

JAKARTA - PT Zebra Nusantara Tbk (ZBRA) changed its name to PT Dosni Roha Indonesia Tbk. The change in the company's name was decided by ZBRA's shareholders at the ZBRA Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS), Wednesday, March 2nd.

"The name change is in line with the company's current business focus. The rebranding is done because the name ZBRA is better known to the wider community as a transportation service company. Currently, ZBRA is already engaged in integrated logistics distribution which has an extensive network to remote areas," he said. Director of ZBRA, Gary Tanoesoedibjo in a written statement.

This name change is expected to be the first step for ZBRA in its efforts to carry out sustainable developments in its logistics and distribution system. So that it can synergize with the development of national infrastructure and become part of the government's efforts for equitable distribution nationally.

"With the rebranding, the name chosen is expected to become a new face to be more easily known by the public and get the right perception in the minds of the public, and can be more in line with existing developments," he said.

In 2021 PT Zebra Nusantara Tbk or ZBRA was taken over by PT Trinity Healthcare (THC) and has successfully implemented Capital Increase, with Pre-emptive Rights (PMHMETD). After the implementation of the PMHMETD, ZBRA has carried out its operational activities through the Company's Subsidiaries.

The entry of THC as ZBRA's new controlling shareholder, announced the transition of ZBRA's core business from the previous business, this was conveyed by ZBRA's management during the Public Expose which was held on May 7, 2021, exactly the same day after ZBRA finished holding the General Meeting of Shareholders. Furthermore, in the PMHMETD which was carried out at the end of August 2021, ZBRA has taken over about 99 percent of PT Dos Ni Roha (DNR) shares.

These integrated end-to-end supply chain solutions are run by DNR and its DNR subsidiaries, namely through DNR distribution mechanisms and programs, PT Multi Transport Global projects, the ipanganan.com application from PT Storesend Elogisctic Indonesia, the DPORT platform from PT Dosni Roha Logistik, as well as digital technology systems from PT Bisnis Integrasi Global.

ZBRA believes that by utilizing the network and infrastructure that has been built and spread from Aceh to Merauke, ZBRA through DNR will become the first integrated supply chain solution provider in Indonesia.
