Susi Air's Dissolution, Malinau Regional Secretary: We Don't Want To Be Provoked By The Atmosphere

JAKARTA - Malinau Regional Secretary Ernes Silvanus has opened his voice regarding the subpoena that was sent by Susi Air to himself and the Regent of Malinau Wempi Wellem Mawa regarding the forced eviction of a plane belonging to the airline Susi Air from the Col. Airport Hangar. RA Bessing Malinau, North Kalimantan.

He said that his party would still carry out discussions and coordination with the Malinau Regional Government team and would study the files sent to him.

"The letter was only received this afternoon during office hours and only received by the regent this evening," he told VOI, Monday, February 7.

He revealed that he would review the incoming subpoena and would use the 3 days given by Susi Air and would provide a written answer.

"We don't want to rush and be provoked by the atmosphere because we will examine them one by one. Susi Air also took 4 days to make a subpoena after I gave a statement last Thursday," he explained.

Regarding the Rp8.9 billion lawsuit that was sued against him, Ernes admitted that he would hand it over completely to the authorities or to the court which has the authority to calculate costs and give a decision to pay the loss.

"If later the court orders to pay or what is up to the court," he said.

Previously, Susi Air had sent a subpoena to the Regent of Malinau Wempi Wellem Mawa and the Regional Secretary of the Malinau Regency Ernes Silvanus and demanded an apology and compensation of Rp.
