Mitratel Wins IPRA 2022 Award

JAKARTA - PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk or Mitratel won the Indonesia Public Relations Award (IPRA) 2022: Creating Impact for The Better Future as the Best Public Relations in Company Strategy on Strengthening the Synergy of Telecommunication Services.

This award is the highest appreciation given by Warta Ekonomi to Mitratel's public relations who have excellent roles and functions to improve the quality of the company in the midst of increasingly fierce industrial competition and Indonesia's economic conditions are starting to improve.

Warta Ekonomi CEO & Chief Editor Muhamad Ihsan explained that Mitratel continues to publish about digitalization synergy innovations with the development of the telecommunications industry through CRM applications, where this system is called PIN1SI which is able to provide information about the condition of tower equipment and other supports and is integrated to all company stakeholders.
