"There must be someone who gets hurt, why? Because there are frauds there. But what distinguishes us from other corruption cases, that's what I also appreciate to the Attorney General that this is a solution for those who are harmed," he explained.
Furthermore, Erick said that when compared to other corruption cases, Jiwasraya's handling of corruption was clear. Where customers still get their rights, while in other corruption cases the victims don't even get a refund at all.
"Whatever is returned, it's clearly black and white and remember that there are many cases or cases of corrupt pension funds and insurance corruption until today, there is no solution, right? All those who have been cheated have no return," he said.
