Supporting The Non-Cash Movement, Bank Mandiri Facilitates The Making Of KTA Iluni UI

JAKARTA - PT Bank Mandiri Tbk. collaborated with the University of Indonesia Alumni Association (Iluni UI) by issuing the Iluni UI Co-Brand Combo Membership Card (KTA), which can function as a debit card and prepaid card.

Bank Mandiri Deputy President Director Alexandra Askandar said this initiative is the company's support to expand the use of non-cash transactions.

"In addition to supporting the National Non-Cash Movement, the synergy carried out is a form of implementing the vision of becoming the financial partner of choice for the Indonesian people through modern transformation and presenting reliable digital banking solutions for various customer needs," he said in an official statement, Thursday, November 11.

Alexandra hopes that the special product for ILUNI UI can be used to meet transaction needs ranging from payments to cash withdrawals from ILUNI UI members.

"KTA Iluni Co-Brand Combo can be a solution to meet transaction needs for all ILUNI UI members with various service features available on one card," he said.

On the same occasion, the General Chair of Iluni UI, Andre Rahadia, welcomed the collaboration with Bank Mandiri.

"This KTA Iluni UI Co-Brand Combo collaboration is a jumping point and ILUNI UI Meeting Results for future legacy," he said.

Furthermore, Andre said that KTA has various advantages, such as alumni being able to register for membership cards easily through the UI Connect application, which is a networked application for UI alumni.

It is noted that to date there are more than 118,000 alumni who have registered and verified as members in the UI Connect application.

“This is a digital revolution in making KTA Iluni UI o which is expected to make it easier for alumni. In the future, the UI Connect 2.0 application will also develop interesting features that will enrich the user experience," he said.

Meanwhile, the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by ILUNI UI Chairperson Andre Rahadian and Bank Mandiri Director of Institutional Relations Rohan Hafas witnessed by the Deputy Minister of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration Budi Arie Setiadi.

Then, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the University of Indonesia Saleh Husin, Vice Chancellor for Academic and Student Affairs Abdul Haris, and Deputy President Director of Bank Mandiri Alexandra Askandar in Jakarta today.
