There are names from conglomerate Anthony Salim, the boss of Indofood, to Sudwikatmono, the owner of the Indika Group.

"Many of them (obligors and debtors, ed) paid and finished, for example Anthony Salim immediately paid in full, Bob Hasan was completed, Sudwikatmono was completed, Ibrahim Risjad was paid and finished," Mahfud said in a press conference broadcast on the Coordinating Ministry's YouTube. Meanwhile, for entrepreneurs who have not paid off their debts to the state, he ensured that the BLBI Task Force will continue to pursue and confiscate their assets. This is done in order to give a sense of justice to the people in the country and other debtors who have carried out their obligations.

"It's unfair if someone who has been appointed, for example, has a debt and then pays it, but the others don't want to pay and run to keep asking for negotiations. This means that the government is unfair," said Mahfud.

"Well, we will act fairly. This will be pursued, must be paid, and how much positioned if he feels the debt is not that much. Come on, how much is the debt, come to my table," added the former Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court (MK).

Furthermore, Mahfud not only ordered the BLBI Task Force to pursue obligors and debtors. He also ordered the Head of the BLBI Task Force to send notification letters to SOEs cooperating with BLBI funders.

"(I, ed) ordered the Head of the Task Force to take action, including sending a notification letter to BUMN that is collaborating with obligors or debtors to explain that the person concerned has not shown good faith to fulfill his obligations to the state," Mahfud explained.
