Abdee salary calculation

Regulation of the Minister of BUMN Number PER-12 / MBU / 11/2020 concerning the Fifth Amendment to the Regulation of the Minister of BUMN Number PER-04 / MBU / 2014 concerning Guidelines for Determining the Income of Directors, Board of Commissioners and the Supervisory Board of BUMN regulates that the main commissioner's salary is 45 percent of the salary CEO of a company.

Underneath, the deputy chief commissioner's salary is 42.5 percent of the president director's salary. Meanwhile, other members of the board of commissioners have a salary of 90 percent of the salary of the main commissioner.

In addition to salary, members of the commissioners are also entitled to bonuses or bonuses. The amount varies, according to the position and empowerment of the company. Abdee himself was appointed by the company as an independent commissioner.

Bonus or tantiem

In general, the bonus of the president commissioner or chairman of the supervisory board is 45 percent of the president director. Meanwhile, the bonus for members of the board of commissioners or the supervisory board is 90 percent of the main commissioner.

Point 16 of the regulation states that "income tax on bonuses is borne and borne by each member of the board of directors, board of commissioners, and supervisory board of the SOE concerned." The tantiem is given if the relevant BUMN gets at least a Fair Exception (WDP) status in its financial statements.

Others, the bonus for Abdee will decrease if Telkom earns at least 70 percent of the profit from the 100 percent target or its KPI achievement hits the lowest 80 percent or the company does not lose or something else.

"The provision of tantiem/work incentives is given proportionally based on the achievement of the KPI in the relevant year provided that the KPI also considers the criteria for achieving the implementation of tasks as a development agent, including dividend contributions to the state," the regulation states.

Abdee's tantiem and bonus calculations use the guidelines set by the Minister of BUMN, in this case Erick Thohir. Erick can give a different tantiem calculation for each BUMN, taking into account the company's performance and special conditions in the company's business.

Apart from Abdee

Apart from Abdee, there are a number of other new names that are familiar to the board of commissioners of this state-owned issuer. One of them is Bambang Soemantri Brodjonegoro, former Minister of Research and Technology.

Bambang served as President Commissioner replacing Rhenald Kasali. Besides Bambang, there is also a Special Staff of the Minister of SOEs, Arya Sinulingga.

Then there is the person who was once called the Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani as "the richest person in Indonesia", namely the Director General of Budget of the Ministry of Finance Isa Rachmatarwata.
