JAKARTA - Approaching the Christmas and New Year holidays, the DPR and the government have begun to prepare all supporting infrastructure and facilities, including infrastructure, transportation modes, and security teams to run safely.

In a meeting with Commission V last night, the Ministry of Transportation predicted that the number of passengers going home for the Christmas and New Year 2020 holidays would reach 16.40 million passengers. Of the total public transportation modes there was a decrease of 0.18 percent.

"Indeed, the most number of people going by land. Because the toll roads have increased, we predict it will be around four to five percent to 16.40 million.
