Cianjur Regent Still Allows Tourist Places To Open Even Though PPKM Level 3, Visitors Must Have Vaccines And Antigen Tests

CIANJUR - The Regent of Cianjur, West Java, Herman Suherman, has allowed tourist attractions in Cianjur to remain open even though PPKM level 3 is back.

"It can still be opened, but must apply strict procedures, visitors are required to show a letter that has been vaccinated and a COVID-19 antigen-free letter at least 1 x 24 hours," he said, quoted by Antara, Friday, October 8.

Despite returning to PPKM level 3, said Herman, the transmission rate in Cianjur has zero cases, only the achievement of vaccination has not reached a maximum of 50 percent of the target of 1.9 million recipients, so various efforts have been made to increase the percentage so that Cianjur can enter level 1.

Each puskesmas is targeted to increase vaccinations for residents with a daily target of more than 1,000 recipients in each region, so that the target achievement can be achieved, so that Cianjur can go down to level 1.

"We are trying to achieve vaccination in accordance with the Ministry of Home Affairs, so that the community is not harmed. However, we hope that the stock of vaccines from the center will not be too late because the point is that the availability of vaccines is sufficient," he said.

Meanwhile, the management of tourist attractions in Cianjur, hopes that there will be no further closure of visits due to the low transmission rate, plus all managers will implement strict procedures, including requiring visitors to bring vaccination letters and certificates of being free of COVID-19 antigen.

"We will apply all the rules implemented by the government, as long as visits are no longer prohibited. We are also ready to help the government by organizing vaccinations at tourist attractions, especially for local visitors who have not received vaccinations," said Public Relations of Taman Bunga Nusantara Yanwar.
