Not Issued, EJH Murni School Transfer Parents' Initiative

JAKARTA - The Puri & Partners Law Office, as the lawyer for the student with the initials EJH, clarified the news regarding the news of his client's transfer from a private school in the Kelapa Gading area, North Jakarta.

Through his answer, the Head of the Puri & Partners Law Office, Putri Maya Rumanti, S.H., M.H., explained that EJH's transfer from school was due to a purely parental initiative to protect the mental and psychological health of the child.

The decision was officially taken through a proposal to transfer schools after undergoing a series of pressures experienced by the victim in the school environment.

"It's not out, it's on the initiative of the parents of EJH because they have found evidence from the results of the Forensic Psychologist examination," Putri told VOI, Friday, August 7.

Based on the examination, said Putri, her client experienced psychological pressure, was isolated in the classroom for almost 5 months, until she was sent a bouquet of flowers with very hurtful language.

"This has resulted in a drastic decline in EJH's learning interest and achievements," he said.

The following is the complete chronology of the case of his client, which was conveyed by Putri Maya Rumanti, S.H., M.H.:

The problem started around 2025, where there was a report from a parent with the initials DWLS who had a child who bullied the school.

The summons wrote that his son had been bullied by EjH, a client from the Puri & Partners Law Office.

The school processed the settlement, but the insistence continued on EJH to be punished.

The narrative continues to develop as if EJH had bullied several students.

Strangely, without proof the school took action by proposing to expel a child named EJH.

Based on the regulations, the EJH family has the right to appeal or defend.

After going through the path by denying it, the Education Service Department canceled the headmaster's decision because everything that was alleged against EjH was not at all proven.

Unhappy, DWLS again reported EjH to the North Jakarta Metro Police, but once again the accusation was not proven.

Because of the continuous accusations, the school which should be fair to all students, instead, allegedly isolated EJH by making him alone in the classroom.

In fact, the school built a negative narrative against EjH, so that EJH experienced mental and psychological pressure.

For this reason, the Puri & Partners Law Office under the leadership of Putri Maya Rumanti officially reported the head of the School to the Directorate of Child Protection and Human Trafficking at the National Police Headquarters for acts of violence against children and contained in the Police Report Receipt Letter Number STTL/210/V/2026/BARESKRIM.

The current case is in the investigation stage and will be raised to the investigation stage.

The lawyer hopes that there will be an immediate determination of the suspect.

Puri & Partners emphasized that EJH was a victim of slander who never had any evidence of bullying.

Through this right of reply, it is hoped that it can stop the negative narratives that have developed so far against EJH.
