JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is investigating the profits of PT Brantas Abipraya in the construction project of the Lamongan Regency Government Building (Pemkab) for the 2017-2019 Fiscal Year. The investigation was carried out by examining Syarif, former Director of Operations I of PT Brantas Abipraya for the period 2015-2020 as a witness on Wednesday, July 1.
KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo said investigators were focusing on finding the benefits obtained by the company in the project carried out through the operational cooperation scheme (KSO).

During the investigation process, the KPK suspected that the cooperation of the PT Brantas Abipraya-PT Jaya Abadi operation was only used as a formality to meet the requirements of the tender.
