The second cluster includes Roy Suryo, Rismon Hasiholan Sianipar, and Doctor Tifa. They are charged with Article 310 and/or Article 311 of the Criminal Code, as well as Article 32 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 48 paragraph (1), Article 35 in conjunction with Article 51 paragraph (1), Article 27A in conjunction with Article 45 paragraph (4), and/or Article 28 paragraph (2) in conjunction with Article 45A paragraph (2) of the ITE Law.
The trial of special criminal cases with Number 301/Pid.Sus/2026/PN Jkt Tim on behalf of the defendant, Doctor Tifa, was started by the panel of judges at around 09.20 WIB.
Based on the determination, the composition of the panel of judges who led the trial was the Chairperson of the Panel, namely Christina Endarwati.
