The verdict differs from the prosecutor's demand, who previously asked the panel of judges to impose a 13-year prison sentence because the defendant was found guilty of committing the crime of murder.
In his demand, the prosecutor asked the judge to declare the defendant proven to have violated Article 458 paragraph (1) of Law Number 1 of 2023 concerning the Criminal Code as the first indictment of the public prosecutor.
