Motor Withdrawal Triggers Clash between Residents and Debt Collectors in Cakung

The commotion was allegedly triggered by the withdrawal of a motorcycle belonging to a resident. The incident went viral on social media after the video of the incident spread widely.

Cakung Police Chief, AKP Andre Tri Putra, said the crowd who came to the location was not local residents.

"It is suspected that because of being upset, the victim gathered his colleagues and went to the debt collector's office," he said.

The police who received the report immediately went to the location to calm the situation.

There were no casualties in the incident, but the debt collector's office suffered minor damage.
