More than 96 thousand officials have not reported their wealth to the KPK ahead of March 31

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has revealed that 96 thousand officials have not submitted the state organizer's wealth report (LHKPN) in 2025. They still have time until March 31 to carry out their obligations.

"Until March 11, 2026, the KPK has recorded the compliance rate for the submission of the 2025 Reporting Year LHKPN at 67.98 percent. Thus, there are more than 96 thousand out of a total of 431,468 mandatory reporters who have not submitted LHKPN," said KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo to reporters through a written statement quoted Saturday, March 28.

Budi emphasized that state organizers must report their wealth to the KPK in accordance with the KPK Regulation (Perkom) Number 3 of 2024. The policy also regulates that officials must be ready to be examined regarding their wealth before, during, and after serving.

"This obligation applies to the heads of state institutions, cabinet members, heads of government and non-structural institutions, regional heads, judges, directors of SOEs and BUMD throughout Indonesia, as well as other officials as stipulated in Article 4A," he explained.

For officials who have not completed their responsibilities, they still have time until the final reporting deadline, which is March 31. "Immediately report his wealth ... correctly, completely, and on time," said Budi.

"This achievement is expected to increase before the deadline that has been determined, considering that the LHKPN is an important instrument to encourage transparency and accountability in state administration," he continued.

"And it will be published if the LHKPN is declared complete," said Budi.

If it is considered incomplete, Budi said the improvement must be made no later than 14 days from the notification.

"The KPK emphasizes that compliance with the LHKPN reporting is a manifestation of personal responsibility as state organizers and institutional commitment in building integrity as well as part of efforts to realize clean state administration and free from corruption," he said.
