He said that as many as 42,718 vehicles were recorded leaving Jakarta through the MBZ Flyover, an increase of 41.23 percent compared to the normal daily traffic of 30,247 vehicles.

"The increase in vehicle volume occurs throughout the day with the most significant spike at night, reaching 196.69 percent compared to normal conditions," he said.

Meanwhile, the flow of vehicles to Jakarta was recorded at 28,710 vehicles or an increase of 5.7 percent compared to the daily normal traffic of 27,161 vehicles.

The increase in traffic to Jakarta occurred in the morning by 22.25 percent and at night by 11.54 percent, while during the day it was recorded to have decreased by 7.45 percent compared to normal conditions.

Desti said the data showed that vehicle movement on the MBZ Flyover Road began to increase as it approached the 2026 Eid al-Fitr holiday.
