JAKARTA - Minister of Home Affairs Tito Karnavian is preparing a firm step to ensure that the President's direction on regional cleanliness does not stop being a slogan.
Tito said he was ordered by the President through the Minister of State Secretary to check and inventory which regional heads had followed up on the direction, and which ones "had not moved".
